Side 1 Matrix; XEX 549-2. I also see MD T and either a C or a G.Side " Matrix; XEX 550-2. I also see AT N and a 18.I have no real idea of the significance.

Description Of Item For Sale: This is truely one of the Rarest Beatles Albums.A 1969 re-pressing,which as late as 1969 used the Front laminated Garrod & Lofthouse Patennts Pending Flipback sleeve,after they had been pretty much done away with,and the most unusual thing of all,a Genuine MONO recording,most normal people had switched to Stereo by this time.A True rarity and for many people now,represents a good investment,once a collector gets hold of one of these,they will never sell you it cheaply,they don't come cheap,as you will see if you look them up on Popsike.com.Sadly I need to sell mine due to Vehicle problems.

Vinyl: Excellent.Some light surface marks,no deep scratches.At the point of taking pictures,there was some static dust,it always shows up extremely well in the digital pictures.Upon playing the record,I found no sticks,loud pops or jumps.What did happen,a few little crackles,and what actually happened was some dust gathered on the stylus.I have not cleaned the record with anything wet like Vinyl cleaning solution,but simply with myself being very clean,used the hair of my arm,to lightly pick up loose dust(which it does very well,good not harmfull trick)played it again,and it's really very good now.If the record was cleaned by a machiner,I'd have no doubt it would play perfectly

LABELS: Very Clean Excellent,with a few light spindle marks from what would have been 2 or 3 playings when enough care was not taken,but no signs of repeated playing,certainly clean and fresh.

Sleeve: Excellent,Lovely clean sleeve,spine is not crushed,all stuck down well,no particular edge-wear.True and flat.I urge you to supersize all the pictures and have a really good look at them,it's simple to do,just click the pictures,and scroll left right up down,and click foreward or back arrows to have a really good look.

Inner Sleeve: Excellent original EMI advertising inner.I will remove the record from this,and put in another inner,and all items will be seperate,as nothing is split,and we'd like it all to stay that way.

Extra Items: None.

PACKING: Please note,I am packing well,but this means it will be part home made,part purchased.I am being over the top in terms of being sturdy,as this is so rare I don't want it damaged.If you don't like my high costs,please Email before paying,and instantly after the sale ends,and I'll just put it between 2 pieces of card,put it in a card mailer,and we will hope it arrives safely? If that's what you want,at your own risk.... I will pack before listing in order to calculate postal charges,so I will only answer important questions about this Help LP that you are not able to obtain without actually looking at the listing and reading it all firstly,I do get some real plonker questions at times.You are WELCOME to collect in person from Burford Oxfordshire,ox18 4ns,and not pay any postage.

CONDITION:

All Items are Graded As In The Record Collector 2006 Price Guide,in Brief these grades are as follows:

Mint-Unplayed,sealed or as good as an unplayed undamaged item,.

Excellent-Some signs the record has been played,very little lessening in sound quality.The cover and packaging may have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good-Been Played many times,no major deterioration in sound,despite noticeable surface marks,occational light scratch.Normal wear & tear on the cover or extra items,without major defect is acceptable.

Good-Played so much,used so much,sounds bad,many problems such as splits,stains etc.

Fair-Just Playable-not nice.

TRACKS ARE: Probably available on Google.Also if I have made scans of labels or sleeve,click to supersize,and read them that way.

POSTAGE & PACKING:

I don't use Postage to make money.I try and weigh the parcels before I list the items and add packing cost to the postage cost.Sometimes I can't weigh 1st(Usually if I have to make a home-made parcel for odd sized items)and if I do that,I will make my best educated guess of the postage cost,but I don't often pack home made parcels before the bidding ends,because many people want to ask questions,so sometimes,I could be a little out.I do pack in secure parcels.
